great website for great products! i have used Aveda Outer Peace foaming cleanser for over 20 years. it is the best product ive ever found that cleans my oily skin well and leaves it feeling so fresh and clean!

For some reason I had a hard to, time finding the cart. I would have to order something to get where I could look at the cart. Then I would have to delete the item if I didn't want it. Or I would end up ordering 2 of the same item.

i was able to find thenproducts i wanted quickly. the free samples check out was clunkly. Also i do not want pumps with my shampoo purchase but they were didfiuclt to remove at checkput. perhaps let tje customer opt in ofr the pumps rather than automatically add them.

It wasn’t easy to find products….i like opening a website that feels like more in a catalog format…I had to search too many places. Love the PayPal option. One more suggestion….highlight buyers rewards in checkout. I hope my order receives the points earned…didn’t give any confirmation.

This was suggested by a colleague that she likes to use for her fine hair. I'm impressed with a lot of selections to choose from and a little confused but managed to find what I was looking for. It's a little pricy compared to my personal products, but I'm glad they have options for a trial pack, so that is helpful to try the products, and if my hair feels good about the whole trying-out experience, then I will purchase the regular-size bottle. Read the reviews too; mix, but I feel it's still good to try and check for myself.

Products came damaged with most all of the products being almost empty. The box was completely wet and sticky. Customer service indicated that if I did not have pictures, they could not help me. I had to throw everything away as it was absolutely disgusting and therefore had no pictures. I order and use Aveda products exclusively, so I was quite disappointed with being out over $200 and no products,

I have used Aveda products for many years and I do not plan to change that, but I am not sure how I am going to purchase from now on. For the past year or so I have had trouble with the packaging of the products. This time the box was open (this is not the first time), there were no caps on two of the products, one of the hand relief tubes has black marks on it and I planned to give it as a gift. I feel like I am getting this really expensive product from Dollar General. My orders used to come in a very sturdy box that said Aveda on it, packed nicely, with clean paper and nice tissue paper. I don't know why this has changed. I have called and some products have been sent again but the person I talk to does not really care or have the authority to make changes. I am not sure what to do going forward.
