Average website. Not the best for mobile phones, and that is how most people shop. I like the Apple Pay option. I do love Aveda products, I would buy more variety if prices were a little lower.

Overall great, but each time my passwords manager was trying to load my credit card information the page would not looad. The third t ime I had to manually enter in my cc number. I use Safari.

My entire ordering process was easy, product was available and pricing was reasonable. The shipping company that Aveda used delivered my product at 11:00PM to the wrong address, luckily for me the person that received my order was kind enough to bring it to my house the next day. This would be the only reason I would consider to not order from Aveda again.

The rewards program link is everywhere. Even after I already added it to my bag, it kept showing up. When it asked if I would like to link it to my account, and I said "yes," I realized I didn't yet have an account number. I have allergies to several things that many companies use in their products, including aloe, sunflower, and oats. It makes it tricky to find good products. I appreciate that you list your ingredients clearly on your site, and that you offer various options. Did you know that people who are allergic to latex, also have a potential allergy to aloe? It would be great if, when you click on the free sample, you could link to the product information, instead of having to go and search it up yourself.

When I ordered from Aveda they never shipped my order and I had to call them to ask why, and they had to create a new order. I was not happy since I was a new customer and placing a large order so I likley will not order from them again.
