I love Aveda products - I've been wearing this shade of lipstick forever. It smells good - like spices - it wears well and fades to a beautiful color during the day. It does not dry my lips out at all. I hope they never stop making it.

The layout of the site is good, easy to navigate. I had points to redeem and it is a little confusing as I didn't see the $25 dollars come off my final purchase. It would be nice if there were more products available to be redeemed by points. The product is very expensive, but I find it works really well so I guess it's worth the price.

Tried to use points- product out of stock. Ordered - clicked same day/next day delivery- found out not available. Pick up in store - yes tomorrow but a 45 minute drive - so did express shipping and got charged for it. Frustrated - I have points but get disappointed and end of paying more
