Putting in the order was a little awkward. I first had selected the recurring order option. Then when I went to check out I was given the option of picking up in store. When I selected that it said I could no longer have the deal (15-% off). So I tried to undo that and have it ship to home. But the deal didn’t come back. So I had to take everything off my order and start over again. Im guessing a little programming will fix this and I suspect that aveda will take care of it and highly recommend they do.

When clicking Hair to find my hair products, it appeared nothing happened. It took me a few times to realize I had to select an option from the huge dropdown. I would change the site so clicking Hair takes you to the Hair home page.
