I didn’t like that I had to make numerous attempts to check out, I had to create an account which I didn’t want to do, and it slowed down the whole process which was rather frustrating and almost deterred me from making my purchase…

Interaction with the site was impossible on my iPad and very clunky on my PC. Taking the quiz seemed to result in one scalp product for oily hair and one for dry hair -- that seems contradictory. I was told that I could select 4 free samples, but then was only allowed to select three. description of each product was minimal, as were application instructions.
