For some reason I NEVER get the birthday email with my promo code to use. Every year i have to call in to speciically request it. I do however receive daily promotaions and ads from aveda. As a customer for over 20 years I find this annoying and strange.

The system gave me my 15% discount & as I tried to continue checking, 3 more options to receive 15% if I agreed, so I would check it again. Just wanted to check out & felt like I was on a loop to keep inputting my email & declaring I wanted to receive future ads. By the time I finally got to check out, the discount no longer appeared. Not a great experience.

My overall experience with the website was generally positive.
