The shipping and tax were presented right before purchase, should be upfront because the welcome15 promo code off for first time purchase is a joke and not transparent.

The only confusing part was when my shipping was automatically changed back to standard after clicking express without an explanation. Also, with the quiz, it gave too many options for each step, which was slightly overwhelming. And suggestion for future, I wish there was a compare section that let me compare what I already use with aveda (shampoo conditioner I was gifted) with what the quiz gave me, which would have helped me decide faster. Everything else was phenomenal and I will be shopping again.

Just frustrated... so I clearly have an account with Aveda. I recieve emails constantly. When I couldn't remember my password, I tried the 'do not remember password' option multiple times but never received a follow up email. I don't understand where the disconnect is, but I love Aveda products and would appreciate being able to maintain an account.

It was a little confusing because you only had certain products on sale. So I had to go all the way back and use search menu to find the product that I wanted, which was the curly cream. I i’ve used a better product since I’ve been 16. They’ve worked well on my hair. I’m now in my late 60s and my hair is healthy even though I have Long Covid. My hair went from perfectly being straight to being curly. However, with the help of the staff specifically Agnes she taught me which products to use and how to dry and style my hair and it looks absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Aveda and have for well over 50 years. The other reason I use their products is because I am very sensitive and they do not make me break out or set off any asthma or allergy attacks. They excellent products.

Aveda's website is pretty easy to navigate and it is helpful they divide things out by different selections in order to find what I want. I was disappointed that the blue shampoo and conditioner for blondes did not appear on the website.
