Your website is not user friendly. What I thought I was ordering was not what I received. I wanted hair care. I received skin care for one of the items. Why was it in the same category? I thought I was getting leave in conditioner, but received regular conditioner. Not even the samples were correct. Why would I pay this amount for products when I didn't get what I want? It's not easy for me to return things due to the return locations, so I kept expensive products I do not want and now I'm searching other brands to find something else.
I did in fact tell a friend and they laughed and said your website sucks. Agreed.
I'm so disappointed. I had hoped your products would be what I was going to switch too. I tried them from Amazon and was pleased. Maybe if I would have gotten what I needed, but not I'm dissatisfied and trying other brands.
I was not given a customer service option. I only was given the option to email. All I was offered was to return, using a location that is not easily available to me.
