I love Aveda, it's
typically the only hair care products,I use and have for 30 or more years.
My only complaint and it is a big one, I had saved all my loyalty points. I had more than most people ever compile, I was saving for the trip to Europe. Then during Covid all my points disappeared. I got a lame answer from Customer service when I got around to calling them. They were not able to release my saved points. After having a major Cardiac surgery in 2009 and then Covid (that nearly killed me), I had struggled with purchasing Aveda for a number of years. Now I have reactivated my account but again, I lost all my saved up points due to saving them for more than a year. They "expired". This is the reason I am looking for a new line. I really would like my points back. Rebecca J Griffin ( previously loyal Aveda Customer for more than 30 years). This is not the first time I have contact Customer Service.
And my recent order was supposed to include 4 small products in each of the orders I paid for. The samples were not in my order. They have not shown up in a smaller shipment.
