I have emailed you several times and have gotten no resolution to my problem. The link that you sent me to download did not work. Also, I never received the product that was supposed to be mailed to me as well. I have emailed you on several occasions about this to no avail, I am thoroughly disappointed in the service that I received and I’ve mentioned this in emails as well. And I’ve used your product in the past very disappointed in the service. I want my refund.

Powerdesk 8.5. Purchased Feb 2026. Can't register on line. Http timeout. Tries regularly to register until it just closes on you. Can't use. Powerdesk email support ignoring me.

I couldn't get the Virtual Architect version 9 that I originally purchased to open and I couldn't find the icons on my computer, so I upgraded to version 12.

I purchased Bookkeeper from Office Max. Bookkeeper does not indicate the year on the older packages. So the one I got was 2024, even though I just got it. The program let me know that a database for 2026 was available and was supposed to work with Bookkeeper. I had problems with the program after the installation, that required me to delete the database and purchase a newer BookKeeper 2026. I have requested a refund on the database.

This is my second purchase. I originally purchased a Bookkeeper program which was 2024 version. So I upgraded the database to 2026. Which is not compatible with 2024 version. So I had to repurchase another copy of Bookkeeper program. I do expect to get a refund for the 2026 database I previously purchased.

have same thing on disk I bought from Staples a few years ago and love it but wont install on new windows 11 computer and your Tec wouldn't get back to me about some DLL qseme35 or something like that, I have the disk, code and Key numbers and tried it several times but same error

Hello. Over the years since 2018 or even earlier. I have purchased some of your programs. Over the years you had several changes which didn't go so well, as you may have expected. It obviously caused some stress on my side as well. One of the problems by one of your employees spelled the email wrong and it caused me to change to another. My email is visible I generally always use. So often I can't log in, and it drives me crazy. Since I have a lifetime subscription Just about all the time, I have to re-enter my PW change again and again. If lucky. Then I get mail like today all ok. but not okay in reality I moved several years. Please can you fix that. I purchased Studio 12 again. THIS IS MY E-MAIL. Your software is still quite good, but to work with simple stuff it still puts a little dampener on. Was not aware you charged me for Download. Very NEW to me. Never experienced that from any other site.
