It has a delicious taste, and knowing that my water is safe to drink my mind. The only thing that I wish it didn’t leak when you fill up the reservoir. When I fill up the reservoir and move it to the the placement pad, it drips water all over the counters.

The filters are good quality and I like the third party verification. We have been using these filters for 5 years and continue to purchase. The only complaint was not being able to change our under sink filter online to a 3 stage from a 2 stage. The wait for customer service was over 30 minutes. But the service agent did call me back and left a message that she would take care of canceling one of our two auto- ship for the two stage.

The purchase was smooth. I felt like the terms of the Water for Life deal were clearly communicated. I currently use the under-the-counter water filtration from aquasana, and it is a Godsend. It saves me so much counter space in my kitchen and it is so convenient. The only problem that I encountered was that the PayPal app seemed to take over the browser in Safari, and I had to figure out how to close it since I don't use PayPal.

I was disappointed to see that the price for my replacement filters went up almost $20. They used to cost $65.99. Now they’re 83.99. The technology hasnt changed. Plus shipping.

I have been an Aquasana customer for over 20 years but I don't join their replacement filter program because I did once and they sent filters and billed my credit card without advising me in advance. I was charged for late payment on my card when I was away on vacation when the charges came in. I used to get free shipping on ordering 2 filters or more and they don't offer this anymore.

I had trouble with checking out on my phone, every time I would click purchase it would just load and go back to the previous screen. Then I tried to start over and it was asking me to sign in, then my password wasn't working so I did the password reset and the email took forever to come and when it did it just sent me back to the same screen that asked for my email to send me another link and it just kept happening over and over again. I ended up giving up on my phone and waited until I was at my computer with my saved password so I could sign in and finally purchase. It was really frustrating.
