The Whole House filter has been working great for our house. We have a well and before the install our water had E Coli, and many other contamination issues. After we replaced we did another test at the laboratory and the results were perfect drinking water. Peace of Mind is priceless.

Your water for life program says it ships "right when you need it" but gives no further details until after i've already added it to my cart. That was annoying. I spent time looking around trying to figure out what your cadence was and I only decided to proceed with the purchase because I figured I'd just cancel if I didn't like it.

filters are confusing. there is now way to just look up a number and get a replacement. model numbering seems inconsistent. e.g. AQ-RO3-Carbon vs AQ-RO3-R.

When clicking on photos, the site just slides the same photo. When checking out, my address wasn't filled in even though I have an account. Everything else is good. This is my second RO unit purchased from Aquasana, and the ROES-50 lasted several years before developing a leak that I couldn't repair by replacing the o-rings.

The Direct Connect water filtration system does not work at all. The TDS is measuring 487 on the meter. Useless product. You should be held accountable for false advertising. I want a total refund plus $100 for my time installing your useless product.

Signed up to receive a 50% discount on products, but that was bogus. Was signed up for autoship over a year ago, but discontinued because I kept receiving and was being charged for a double order. There was no way to resolve this, so I discontinued autoshipping. I do not trust their billing procedures or overall integrity.
