Signed up to receive a 50% discount on products, but that was bogus. Was signed up for autoship over a year ago, but discontinued because I kept receiving and was being charged for a double order. There was no way to resolve this, so I discontinued autoshipping. I do not trust their billing procedures or overall integrity.

Aquasana was having a glitch on their website related to a specific product. I wanted to place the order only myself as I was trying to redeem a credit card bonus through a shopping app, but the glitch made it so I had to place the order over the phone. I called and talked to customer service about this and expressed my hesitation with placing the order over the phone and I was giving direction on how to place the order myself while still guaranteeing I could be eligible for water for life. Every agent I spoke to was super knowledgeable and friendly

In checkout, the address i used was wrong because I used Bloomington for the city (I live in Bloomington), and the red text said that to correct the address, but nothing said that the city was wrong. I changed it to Minneapolis, and completed checkout. Also, the little info icon next to the email address field is trite. Perhaps this required field could explain why an email is required instead of just saying to enter the email address.
