Great experience! Only confusion was on checkout screen where it showed shipping charges (I signed up for Water for Life which is free shipping). I had to hit the drop down arrow to see that there was a hidden shipping discount applied. Initially I thought it was charging me.

I had great difficulty finding the replacement sumps that I need. They are not included under the replacements tab! It took a lot of clicking and searching to find them. I also was surprised that I have to pay shipping because I'm a member of Water for Life. It says that it includes free shipping, but I guess not on replacement sumps.

I went to your website to order replacement filters. It would have been very helpful to me to have the word"replacements" highlighted or enlarged to emphasize it, at the top of the page. What I chose instead of replacements was a water filter under the sink. It was confusing to me.

I am hoping I bought the correct replacement filters. I couldn't tell for sure. The filters with the original system should clearly be named for replacement, in my opinion. They are clearly named for other systems by other brands.

I called customer support to confirm that I was buying the right filters after having not bought any for many months. Customer support wasn't able to find any of my orders from 2022. They asked to put me on hold for 1 minute. After six minutes, I got frustrated and hung up. I placed an order that I hope is correct. I will also say that Aquasana has crazy high prices for replacement UV bulbs.
