It was easy to navigate and I love the product as I have a counter top unit given to me when my kids went traveling. I did think with my purchase I wouldn't have any shipping charges is my only complaint. Maybe that was just for the doing the Water For Life replacements that the shipping is free. It wasn't a big fee but I did think the high purchase and signing up would make my purchase shipping charges free.

Gave a low rating on shipping cost as most companies offer free shipping if the purchase is over a certain amount. for over 1000$ of items purchased free shipping would be a nice offer. But 15$ isn't bad, just giving my 2 cents since you asked.

Changes to shopping cart I would write in the shopping cart that the under sink system "comes with filters" the initial system Claryum 3-Stage , or Claryum 3-Stage Max Flow when purchased "comes with filters"good for 6 months. The image shows the water for life filters which are different from the image of the product filters.

It is unclear if the Pro Grade Bypass Kit is for PEX A or PEX B plumbing. It is unclear if the Rhino only removes chlorine or if that is just what it has been certified for.

The package was delivered on the expected day but the courier did not give advance notice about what time to expect the package, and then did not ring the doorbell to alert me. The box stayed in the rain for two hours. Plus the courier put the box on the ground, instead of on the metal stand I have in front of the door. It was not too bit for the stand. So the box got very wet, even rain getting inside.

We purchased a house with the Aquasana system installed. There is no manuals or paperwork as to age, care or any services performed. We are experiencing hard water despite it supposively have a descaler and other options. Not impressed by the system but I also do not know enough about it to keep it.
