The online rep said there would be a 4th filter that would need replacing on an annual basis but there’s was no mention of it anywhere including at checkout where it clearly laid out the cost of replacement filters in 6 months.

The system is good, however, as a small business I would be nice to get a break on the cost of a system since this is the 3rd time purchasing. At least Aquasana could throw in free filters when purchasing the whole house system.

I found the Aquasana website user-friendly and easy to navigate. The purchase experience was quite satisfactory. However, the information given on Aquasana customer service opening hours incorrectly included Saturday hours. I found this out when I called customer support.

I purchased the Aquasana countertop water flosser and have been disappointed with the unit constantly drips, leaving water on the countertop after use. I have also noticed mold developing on the nozzle where the water comes out, despite cleaning it regularly. In addition, the jar where the water collects mineral buildup and calcification, making it difficult to keep the unit clean and hygienic. These issues have significantly affected my satisfaction with the product, and I expected better quality and durability for the price that I paid.

I showed Alco sana after researching different filtering shower products. I wanted something that would remove high amounts of chlorine and other impurities. My children both have mild Eczema so having them shower and clean water was a priority and I felt the aquasona product was my best choice for the price and I'm not the ability to filter out the contaminants in our water that were exacerbating their skin conditions.

Great quality product. Using aquasana filtering system for more than 7 years for my family. Water always tested very clean and safe even after 6 months of use (before filters replacement). Very happy of my decision to install this filtering system in our home.

I would appreciate and enjoy the purchase experience more if Aquasana included a schedule start option for the water for life subscription. I was gifted the filter without water for life subscription and I don't really need the replacement filter now, so I really don't like that. A calendar selection option for next shipment would expected to begin the cycle

It was a bit of a challenge entering my address when I was trying to 'check out'. I finally figured the site wanted me to pick from the drop down menu. The error message didn't tell me the issue; just that there was an issue.

I thought there was free shipping so I was surprised to see the shipping charge. However, it was not enough to change my mind about the purchase. I had one in my last apartment but gave it to a neighbor with young children when I moved thinking the water was better here! I was wrong so I'm back to get another countertop system.

I’m looking to buy replacement filters for my whole house system. I was sent the wrong ones twice. It is impossible to find the right filter. The entire process seems designed to get me to sign up for a subscription. All I want is to buy the right filter. So infuriating. I would never recommend this produce!

I purchase Aquasana whole house filter second time for my house. Set was delivered in a week. I love how easy is to install with all pipes, connectors and valves included in box. And the most important - that filtered water, wow! what a difference! Thank you !
