I received an email that stated that I'd received my order, but I had not and could tell by the tracking option that it was still in transit. I waited and it eventually came. I infomed customer service and they prompyly replied that they were aware of the glitch, with apologies.

The website was pretty user friendly and straightforward. I would be interested in a shower filter but didn't like what it looked like, and I have a showerhead that exits the ceiling and comes straight down. Shipping cost was a disappointment with how easy and cheap shipping is with other companies

It was very difficult to track my package, but im a returning customer from 6 yrs ago l. I purchased our whole home system after I renovated our home. I thought it would of lasted a bit longer but apparently my water pressure slowed down considerably over the last yr. I've installed my replacement filters ( water filter system/ salt free scale remover canisters) I noticed a huge difference already. Just wish they weren't so expensive in a short period. They suppose to be 1,000,000 gallons or 10yrs im not to sure about that now? But I want clean safe water for my family and I. I would recommend your company but some folks I know cannot afford this kinda system and have to chance and deal with whats given to them. Thank you

Honestly, my experience with Aquasana has been good overall. I like having a water filter at home, and the product has been easy enough to live with day to day. The main downside is that replacement filters are an ongoing cost, so that’s something to factor in. I’d recommend Aquasana if you want a convenient home filtration option and are comfortable keeping up with filter changes
