Aquasana is one of the best products in water filtration that I have used. I would rate a 10. This particular order was missing hardware for attaching filter brackets and was very inconvenient at the time out in the field.

I would give Aquasana a rating of 10 if it would ship 4 10" filters to a box vs. 3. You would have to go back several years but there was a time when you could purchase 4 at a time. I think it's a waste of energy and packaging being that the existing box is large enough to accommodate 4. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the aquasana system.

Refills don’t actually last 6 months so annoyingly I’m having to buy them every 2-3 months to maintain water pressure. Website is pretty janky, you could definitely improve it with a full redesign. Refill prices are too expensive for what it’s worth.
