I was really having troubles when i was trying to check out even thought i have money on my card i guess u dont accept credit or sth i dont know i tried 3 times and then on the 4th it worked but i was so irritated.

Very difficult to edit outdated charge cards. It took 3 times before your site accepted. It would be much easier if I could update information on cards than to try to completely add a new card into the system that doesn't accept it

We noticed water coming out of the top of the first filter case. It just happened ! . I shut the water off to assess the problem. I removed the entire filter from the top part and noticed four “O” rings . I replaced them and reinstalled the filter. Still leaked. I contacted Aquasana and spoke with Angel who was very knowledgeable and suggested I send a video of the leak. I did and then we had a video chat where she could see the issue . She sent me three new tops for the filter case . They arrived quickly, I replaced and reinstalled the filters and we now have clean, great tasting water and ice. I just have to address the damaged floor .

Aquasana is one of the best products in water filtration that I have used. I would rate a 10. This particular order was missing hardware for attaching filter brackets and was very inconvenient at the time out in the field.
