I have been checking the prices of the whole house, water filter system over the past couple of weeks. On several different occasions, I was viewing prices that were 50% off. Other times, I would log onto the website and find that the price was full retail. This caused me to continue checking back to see if the price change. Instead of ordering the product I wanted. It might be a good idea to include a banner or some type of information stating there is a sale if One is present. This would have alleviated my need to delay my order and continue checking. The website is interactive and easy to manipulate. The status bar across the top showing my progression through my order is helpful to understand how many steps are involved. The checkout process was easy inconvenient.
