Great quality product. Using aquasana filtering system for more than 7 years for my family. Water always tested very clean and safe even after 6 months of use (before filters replacement). Very happy of my decision to install this filtering system in our home.

I would appreciate and enjoy the purchase experience more if Aquasana included a schedule start option for the water for life subscription. I was gifted the filter without water for life subscription and I don't really need the replacement filter now, so I really don't like that. A calendar selection option for next shipment would expected to begin the cycle

I thought there was free shipping so I was surprised to see the shipping charge. However, it was not enough to change my mind about the purchase. I had one in my last apartment but gave it to a neighbor with young children when I moved thinking the water was better here! I was wrong so I'm back to get another countertop system.

I’m looking to buy replacement filters for my whole house system. I was sent the wrong ones twice. It is impossible to find the right filter. The entire process seems designed to get me to sign up for a subscription. All I want is to buy the right filter. So infuriating. I would never recommend this produce!

Works well, easy to navigate. Didn't realize after having the under sink RO system for 2 years that when I subscribed to filters for life it wasnt all the filters I was subscribed to which is discouraging. Wish when I bought the system it was clearer on needing to subscribe to 3 different filters in order to recieve them as needed. Please make sure to clarify this for future customers!!

Very difficult to edit outdated charge cards. It took 3 times before your site accepted. It would be much easier if I could update information on cards than to try to completely add a new card into the system that doesn't accept it

We noticed water coming out of the top of the first filter case. It just happened ! . I shut the water off to assess the problem. I removed the entire filter from the top part and noticed four “O” rings . I replaced them and reinstalled the filter. Still leaked. I contacted Aquasana and spoke with Angel who was very knowledgeable and suggested I send a video of the leak. I did and then we had a video chat where she could see the issue . She sent me three new tops for the filter case . They arrived quickly, I replaced and reinstalled the filters and we now have clean, great tasting water and ice. I just have to address the damaged floor .
