It is unclear if the Pro Grade Bypass Kit is for PEX A or PEX B plumbing. It is unclear if the Rhino only removes chlorine or if that is just what it has been certified for.

The package was delivered on the expected day but the courier did not give advance notice about what time to expect the package, and then did not ring the doorbell to alert me. The box stayed in the rain for two hours. Plus the courier put the box on the ground, instead of on the metal stand I have in front of the door. It was not too bit for the stand. So the box got very wet, even rain getting inside.

I have a countertop Aquasana and we were going on vacation for 3 weeks. I asked if there was any thing I needed to do with purifier before leaving. Prompt email reply came back just to empty and dry water tank. Easy enough!

We purchased a house with the Aquasana system installed. There is no manuals or paperwork as to age, care or any services performed. We are experiencing hard water despite it supposively have a descaler and other options. Not impressed by the system but I also do not know enough about it to keep it.

aquasanainititally sent me 2 auto ships for a filter that only needs to be replaced every 10 years. I am still storing one , it is big and expensive (over $500.00) . i will not recommend them to anyone due to that scam.

I just moved into a new home that already had an existing aquasana system installed. I called service to ask about filters etc. Super nice and helpful however... I've read on the website for aquasana, googled and spoke with a rep ALL of which say the filters need to be changed every 2 months some say every 3 months, I'm confused what's actually accurate?
