The pictures helped. I og had other filters in my cart then looked at my under sink filters. The packaging was a little different but with simple wording (stage 2) I'm assuming it's the right fit. I wish all 4 replacement components would have been linked together better. Other than that it was easy enough to navigate. I hope they are the right ones when they get here!

Cost for a simple replacement water filter is very pricey. I often don't replace them as frequently as I ought to try to save budget. I will not be likely to purchase a new machine once mine wears out, unless the cost of filters improves over time. I'm perfectly happy with the machine & water, but the filter costs are just too much & the sales never apply to them either!

I have had the under sink RO system for about 6 years. My kids and I love it. I also give my cats RO water, which helps to prevent urinary/kidney issues with cats. I recently bought a set of new filters, but they were the wrong ones. I found it confusing/frustrating that I could not get all three filters in one set after I realized my mistake. I recognize that the system I have has different replacement times, but again, this is a confusing set up on the website.

Tried to cancel an order less than 1 hour after placing it and was told it could not be found and would be shipped. They will accept return but I would have to cover shipping charges both ways. This is unacceptable. I and my son have purchased 4 systems over the last few years and although satisfied with the systems; I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and will think twice about further recommendations and purchases.

I've been happy with the overall performance of this whole-house water filtration system. The water quality has noticeably improved, and it's clear that the unit does an excellent job removing sediment and impurities. The only downside has been the frequency of filter replacements. In my case, the filters need to be changed every few months because they collect so much sediment that the water pressure begins to drop. While that speaks to how effective the system is, it also makes maintenance more frequent and more expensive than I expected. Finding replacement filters was fairly straightforward, but I think the process could be simplified. The pre-filters are grouped together in a way that can be a bit confusing. I accidentally purchased the wrong filter once because I was shopping by price rather than filter type, assuming some of the options were interchangeable when they weren't. Clearer labeling or a more intuitive organization would make replacing filters much easier. If your water supply contains a high amount of sediment, be prepared for the added cost of replacing filters regularly. Overall, it's a well-built and highly effective filtration system, but the ongoing maintenance and replacement filter costs are important factors to consider when evaluating the total cost of ownership.
