The system is good, however, as a small business I would be nice to get a break on the cost of a system since this is the 3rd time purchasing. At least Aquasana could throw in free filters when purchasing the whole house system.

I found the Aquasana website user-friendly and easy to navigate. The purchase experience was quite satisfactory. However, the information given on Aquasana customer service opening hours incorrectly included Saturday hours. I found this out when I called customer support.

I purchased the Aquasana countertop water flosser and have been disappointed with the unit constantly drips, leaving water on the countertop after use. I have also noticed mold developing on the nozzle where the water comes out, despite cleaning it regularly. In addition, the jar where the water collects mineral buildup and calcification, making it difficult to keep the unit clean and hygienic. These issues have significantly affected my satisfaction with the product, and I expected better quality and durability for the price that I paid.

I showed Alco sana after researching different filtering shower products. I wanted something that would remove high amounts of chlorine and other impurities. My children both have mild Eczema so having them shower and clean water was a priority and I felt the aquasona product was my best choice for the price and I'm not the ability to filter out the contaminants in our water that were exacerbating their skin conditions.

I would appreciate and enjoy the purchase experience more if Aquasana included a schedule start option for the water for life subscription. I was gifted the filter without water for life subscription and I don't really need the replacement filter now, so I really don't like that. A calendar selection option for next shipment would expected to begin the cycle

I’m looking to buy replacement filters for my whole house system. I was sent the wrong ones twice. It is impossible to find the right filter. The entire process seems designed to get me to sign up for a subscription. All I want is to buy the right filter. So infuriating. I would never recommend this produce!

Didn't realize after having the under sink RO system for 2 years that when I subscribed to filters for life it wasnt all the filters I was subscribed to which is discouraging. Wish when I bought the system it was clearer on needing to subscribe to 3 different filters in order to recieve them as needed. Please make sure to clarify this for future customers!!

Very difficult to edit outdated charge cards. It took 3 times before your site accepted. It would be much easier if I could update information on cards than to try to completely add a new card into the system that doesn't accept it
