I was really disappointed in the taste of our water once our filter was put in place. It cost us a $100 to be installed because our pipe had to be cut and now don't enjoy our drinking water.

I replaced my Rhino Whole House Well filter, as well as my pre and post filters. The process was not complicated and straight-forward. There was some residual sulphur smell after the filter change, but much less than previously. The main filter tank had a QR code on the label for installation instructions. A helpful option for the future would be to have video instructions for installations and replacements.
