I was looking for replacement parts for the Ausin Kings whole house system we have. We were directed to Aquasana, as Austin Kings parts are no more available.I am very satisfied with the help & advice of staff through email, with the website, with the picturing of each of the different options with each of the add-ons and their dimensions, with the online ordering process, and with the delivery.I haven't had the system installed yet, but don't expect any issue with. Only thing I would suggest, for customers in Canada or other countries: the brokerage fee of UPS cost MORE than the customs and duties fees, that makes little sense, as there are other shipping companies that do not chaqrge "brokerage" fees.If Aquasana can use another shipping company, that would be greater. In the meantime, for customers not residing in the US, I 'd suggest the program Water for Life to offer the options of sending replacement filters ONCE A YEAR, or even buy ONE TIME SUPPLIES , FOR THREE YEARS: that way, Aquasana can save on less shipping fees, less handling and can benefit from "in bulk" sales, AND customers don't have to pay for brokerage fee REPEATEDLY. UPS brokerage fee for replacement filters (or small pakages) cost HIGHER than the dollar value of the merchandise itself ! No sense at all. Please consider using another shipping company!
Below is copy of the receipt we paid: custom and duties fees are $130.92, and UPS brokerage fees are $ 158.81+ $7.56, for a total of $ 166 for brokerage!!!!
