It was no where as easy to install as it states. It cost me an additional $150 in parts to make it compatible with my plumbing. The water supply line was very rigid not so good in tight spaces like mine, should be more flexible. Connecter was plastic instead of copper and kept leaking because you couldnt tighten it enough, had to purchase a copper one which did fine. We had a 1" predrilled hole in our granite countertop for a soap dispenser which is standard at 1" and where we planned on placing the filter faucet. The size of the faucet supplied was 1/2" and there was no adapter or collar to make it fit, so another trip to Home Depot. I'm very happy with the product, however installation not very well thought out based on standard cabinetry or countertop sizes. I'm a carpenter and was able to make it work with my homes system but not without a lot of aggravation and additional cost. Perhaps newer homes might be easier but mine was not. The filter itself is very high quality and we are happy about the product, just not the installation.
