The product we received is good. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. We ordered a whole home system and had it shipped to Canada. The main tank for the system came damaged. It looks like someone had returned to damaged to the company and they just sent it on in our order. We complained and they did send us a new tank but our first order cost us $400 in border fees, which we were fine with but we are not happy having to pay the border fees again on the new (replacement) tank. We were charged another $200 fees for the replacement tank. We contacted Aquasana many times both by email and by phone and each time we were promised that they have sent a cheque to us in the mail to cover the $200. It has been almost 4 months and we still have not seen our refund of border fees. Each time we speak with the customer service they promise that they have just sent the cheque and we should get it any day. Terrible service. We are being punished for trusting that they would cover the fees. We would not recommend this company as they do not bother with the customer once the product has been paid for.
