I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my replacement filters purchased through Aquasana. I was never notified of a Water For Life auto ship so, on November 1st I placed an online order for the two replacement filters I need. On November 4th I got a notification from my credit card company of 2 purchases they were made on my cc account. I called Aquasana and was told that I had an auto ship that originated in May and it could not be stopped. Also my order from November 1st was still being shipped. Now I will have enough filters for the next 12 months. Aquasana has a substandard ordering, delivery and communication process. I never received any communication from Aquasana about my auto ship order, billing or tracking. If it wasn’t for my credit card company notifying me, I’d would have never knew what was going on. As of this writing, you, being a representative of Aquasana are the FIRST communications that I have received. On the 10th of November I received one filter shipped USPS from the auto ship order that was charged on November 4th. Today, November 11th I received the two filters I ordered on November 1st thru FedEx. I still haven’t received the second filter from the November 4th auto ship order. When I logged into my Aquasana account, the tracking thru DHL states I should receive it on November 18th. I’m disappointed and frustrated with Aquasana and will NEVER order from Aquasana again. I look forward to speaking to a customer service representative from Aquasana but I have not called because it would be like “SPITTING IN THE WIND”.
