When I signed up for an account, it asked me for a userid. When I tried to log in, it would not accept the userid, only the email. So the remember PW feature did not work.

I ordered a rack for my dishwasher which I wanted to replace due to deterioration and rust. The replacement part was clearly described on your website which made it easy and effortless to find and order. The payment and delivery system was very efficient. When the new rack arrived, I just watched a video provided on your website which showed a step by step process to follow and installation was a snap.
