The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful. I had to return the part because I ordered the wrong part based on faulty AI information. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I mailed back the part back and have yet to see the refund. According to the USPS the package was picked up on Monday the 19th.

I ordered a rack for my dishwasher which I wanted to replace due to deterioration and rust.
