I ordered the part but then decided I didn’t need it, tried to call to cancel the order. Set on hold for 30 mins and left contact number to call me back. A hour later someone calls me and tells me I can’t cancel the order because it’s been 90 mins since I ordered it and it has already been processed.

Website is easy to navigate and has good videos on how to assemble said part into appliance. Downfall, shipping options were one or 2 day, paid for overnight (NEEDED my dryer back!) and the part came in 2. Just a little frustrating. Overall, will be back for more parts. One part showed up a day late so I had to wait on getting my washing machine fixed. But they still got in here 3 days so not to bad. Parts are oem which I really like and hope they last as long as the original parts that came in my speed queen washer. They do have a good website to find the parts in diagrams and pictures with most to match so you know it’s the right part. Price is a little high on some parts but not all parts when compared to other sites. Pricing not bad considering you get a full year to return and I’ve have one part had an issue years back and they warrantied it twice within that year and were great to work with. Package I think could use a little work on some of the more sensitive parts may need a small box be put into instead of just the bubble wrap bags bc a lot of shipping companies are so rough on the packages. Just my thoughts and suggestion on that. But overall I think this is a great company with great customer service that are Americans( who you can understand to by the way). So I will be ordering my parts from them for the foreseeable future!
