Only issue I had was with the "order process" I accidentally placed an item in my CART that I don't need. I Had Great Difficulty Removing this Item. I even closed out and came back in to the website and it was still there. Got VERY frustrating. No remove button and the MINUS sign did nothing. I am on Firefox.

For a premium price provider, I was suprised that the shipping package was so cheap, flimsy and non- protective. Might as well buyer it cheaper from Amazon which has better and easier return process for half the price. If I pay up, put the part in a box.

Gave model#, CSR didn't ask for serial # and apparently a shaft change was made on newer motors indicated by using the serial #. Local parts location had the correct motor based on serial #. I will be calling for return info.

The overall shopping experience was excellent. The customer service rep was VERY helpful in locating the part I needed. The item was ordered and delivered on time. Unfortunately, the part does not fit as it should. This issue is NOT the fault of the CS rep. She did a wonderful job exploring schematics ... we were on the phone for almost an hour. She did mention the part was discontinued, but, found the one I ended up ordering, but, it doesn't fit correctly. It is shaped differently and interferes with the crisper drawer and doesn't close properly.
