Ice puddle forming in French door fridge and freezer. The tech help was great. Although it did not solve the problem it helped me narrow it down to lines leaking at the water filter housing. I purchased the freezer door gasket prior to the filter housing. Very helpful tech line gave me the confidence to remove the ice maker and back panel.

After placing an order for one item I decided to add a second item to save shipping cost. There was no provision as at Amazon of adding items to an existing order, so I cancelled the first order for the one item and reordered with both items. Slight inconvenience. I hope there was no problem canceling the first item. Also, the price for one item I had previously ordered around 2021 had doubled.
