The overall shopping experience was excellent. The customer service rep was VERY helpful in locating the part I needed. The item was ordered and delivered on time. Unfortunately, the part does not fit as it should. This issue is NOT the fault of the CS rep. She did a wonderful job exploring schematics ... we were on the phone for almost an hour. She did mention the part was discontinued, but, found the one I ended up ordering, but, it doesn't fit correctly. It is shaped differently and interferes with the crisper drawer and doesn't close properly.

I found it a bit difficult to find the freezer gasket after I located the Refrigerator gasket, but evenuatlly, about 10 minutes I located it. I do hope it's the correct one.

The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful. I had to return the part because I ordered the wrong part based on faulty AI information. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I mailed back the part back and have yet to see the refund. According to the USPS the package was picked up on Monday the 19th.
