I spent extra for an OEM part. Free shipping option would be a nice incentive to keep customers coming back. Only order OEM this time because reviews on Amazon for this part said the non OEM part failed quickly and was noisy. Cheaper and free faster shipping with Amazon. But ultimately for this part I don't want to replace it again anytime soon so came back here for genuine OEM.

First ordered heating element and 2 rubber washers. Element arrives next day with one terminal bent, I straightened it and checked resistance with ohm meter, checked good. So I decided to use and note return. Washers arrived next day by USPS. Tried with no luck to talk with someone about whether I needed the washers or not. Reading comments one said they needed the washers, so I ordered @$8 each. Used them but not sure they were needed. Tried to speak with your CS with no luck waiting till option to receive call back. Never received a call back.

I had to replace the pump on an LG washer. I ordered the part and received it 2 days earlier than expected. However I did run into one problem, the video to help change out the pump was not up to date as to the washer I currently have. So I YouTube’d the correct way to replace the pump.

I had an all around bad experience with ordering from AppliancePartsPros. First person told me the wrong part. Second person told me the wrong part. Another person disconnected me. Last person said the part I needed was no longer available. The box the part I ordered came in was badly damaged, was very dusty and dirty. I just sent it back.

I ordered on Friday. Closed till Monday. Tried to cancel online by chat. Talked to rep on Monday; it was too late. Then it arrived 3 days late. It was $100 vs. the same OEM part via Prime which was $35 and arrived in one day. I’ll return it when I get back from this trip. The whole experience was an expensive and useless waste of time.

I bought the same part three years ago, so it was easy to find the e-mail confirming my order with the parts information I needed. The experience was good, the crappy Fridgidaire refrigerator isn't. This is the third shelf bin I've had to replace in the four years I've had the refrigerator.

I don't understand why the one part I was needing didn't show up as available when I looked at the parts diagram. I needed a heating element and this one part did not show. I had to go to a different web site to get the PN, and then search by PN instead of model number. It was in stock, and I think it should have shown up on the parts diagram.
