Overall, I was doing a repair that I've never done before in my life. Your youtube videos are great and brought me to you. You're also really competitive on the price. I have ordered 4 parts for my washer. Two of them were not likely needed but, I was not savvy in appliances. Only in cars.
I wish that in the forum there was more give and take. If we had more conversation on the diagnosis then, I would have likely saved $25 in shipping because I would have ordered all of the parts at once. I understand that conversation is a 2 way street but this was all new to me (and I could have mentioned that). I feel that you could add more value giving a little more detail. For example, typically this piece gets stuck and you'll likely need to look out for x.y.z. I know that on the sales screen you have suggestions however, a better explanation as to why would have helped me more.
The fact that you offer the instruction and support is fantastic. It's really valuable and no one else really does that. Everyone was extremally kind and supportive. Mary was super helpful. I truly appreciate that.
I am looking forward to completing my project.
