I had previously ordered a part, but when it arrived it was damaged. I had to contact them to reorder the part and I was put on hold and chose to receive a callback. I don’t remember getting the callback but I remember calling them back the following day Friday after 4pm. That time is important because once I spoke with someone I was told that the part I wanted to reorder wouldn’t be able to get ordered until Monday because there’s no shipments after 4pm and none on the weekend. I had to send an email with pictures of the damaged item and shipping label pictures. I was told to reply all and someone would verify and reorder the part. It was afternoon on Monday when I called back and spoke with someone. She confirmed my email during the call and reordered the part and put in my credit for the broken item. I’m not sure if I called her back or she called me back, but she was very knowledgeable and confirmed my appliance model and told me that was the wrong part and she placed the order for the right item. I received the part the next day, it was installed and works fine.
