I ordered some products a few weeks ago, but also had a problem that my electric motor was bad. Also, I had a small leak after the last repair in the tub seal. I ordered the new motor and a pump and some seals. When the motor came, it was damaged cause it was not packaged correctly, but worst of all they had shipped the wrong motor. When I called and talk to the customer service representative, she told me that they had shipped the right motor and that if the company had changed the way it was built, they can’t change the companies updates. I tried to explain repeatedly that they had shipped the wrong motor with the wrong part number. I was repeatedly told I was incorrect that the part number had been updated. Because they shipped me the wrong motor and the motor was improperly packaged and was broken. I will be out of a washing machine for over two weeks. If you would ship the right motor, I would’ve been able to make parts from the old motor go to the new motor and make it usable.
Customer service member could not understand that they had shipped the wrong motor with the wrong part number. I sent pictures of everything to the customer service rep and waiting on the new motor as we speak.
