Unfortunately, I needed a rusty part on my dishwasher rack, so googled "fridgidaire dishwasher racks", found the the link to the rack on appliance parts pros.com, entered the dishwasher model number to confirm the rack was the correct one, but then learned after it arrived in a very timely fashion and for a good price that it did not include the actual rusty part. (I needed the attachment parts that hold the bowls up and the part that lets you stack the plates upright). After seeing the error and looking up the part through the diagram search instead, I see how it did not come with it, but it was pretty unclear when looking at the rack photos and description, so see how I made my mistake. While the return part was a non-issue, they would not cover part of the shipping back, (I initially paid $13 for two boxes- two upper racks) and now had to pay $26 back for both boxes. Additionally, I still don't have the parts I need and will need to pay shipping yet again. While I was incorrect, I do think the photos and description on the website were a bit unclear and wish I had seen the diagram or given some sort of notification that the large part such as a rack is not all inclusive even though it came with side attachment rails and the sprayer arm? The customer service people are nice, but I guess policy dictates that they will not help on the return shipping despite me paying less the first time to me? Frustrating. Learn from my mistake, double check you are ordering the exact right part you actually need!
