The only issue that I have is during the ordering process is a popup that stated I could qualify for 100. Prize or something like that. It legitimately looked like it was from your company. At the end of the payment process another screen popped up trying to force me to order magazines!!! We were trying to fix our dryer, NOT order something as stupid as magazines!!
I later called the support, she ask a couple of questions and was definitely in a hurry to get me off of the phone. So I didn't get my information stated properly. Some entity has latched onto your payment process. I did exit the entire system as there was no way to say no, to this intrusion to my payment process. This is a trap for folks that do not understand the internet very well. This is the reason I would not recommend your company to others. The person on customer service decided while we spoke on the issue, that the problem was not on your site and I should watch my emails very closely for a while. Of course I will but why would your company not take this more seriously?? Very disappointed customer... my order was good and did arrive promptly that part was fine. But your order process was hijacked by bad people. Just want to be sure you know, and set about to fix this for other people down the road.
