Black Diamond Plumbing & Mechanical provided a link to the product selections for our whole home automatic backup generator. Generac announced a sales promotion and AP Electric reflected updated pricing in the link that was provided. Lucky me!

AP sells defective generators!

I ordered a brand new generator. It was serviced with oil and gasoline. How have all the gasoline immediately leaked out spilling down the mid deck of my boat then down into the bilge causing a hazard. I told them the generator could not be used because it leaks fuel and they tell me I have to take it to a dealer to be repaired. I did not buy a generator that has to be taken to a dealer to be repaired. It was purchased brand new therefore expected as any other order. A generator that stunts and runs.
