The item I ordered was not available on your shelf and I just found out the it may take almost a month the receive the order. 1. In to days world that is un accepticable 2. Your communication is weak at best.Unless i inquired I wasn't notified the there may be delays.

My generator came in 2 days. The cold start kit I ordered is on backorder and I would not have known this had I not called customer support when it didn't come with my generator. The battery I ordered with the generator was not shipped with it. When I called about it they told me if I didn't mark that it was missing on the BOL from the trucking company, there was nothing they could do. I assumed it was already installed in the generator so I didn't know it was not delivered until I uncrated the unit. I did know the driver who delivered it, tracked him down and wrote no battery delivered on the BOL. They are supposed to refund my $150. Buying the generator and it's delivery was great. I'd buy your battery local. I hope I end up getting my cold start kit.

Was searching for Generac whole house gen. Visited numerous sites two of which I purchased from before. However, AP Elec and Gen site was easy to find exactly what I was looking for and their prices were the best. Was able to get Gen, ATS, gen cable, battery, pad and maintenance kit all in one stop on line. Payment was easy wiring money good follow up info Delivery company called to set a date. Gave me a window. And delivery was on time. Packaged perfectly. Not a scratch. Driver was very personable Fantastic experience.

Post-Delivery FeedbackOct 25, 2026
The delivery was imperfect because, after I informed both AP Electric and the trucking company that handled the shipping that I lived on a dead end road, that delivery required a straight truck and not a tractor trailer. Actuality: I had to receive delivery of my approximately 270 pound pallet in my pickup truck at the local Walmart parking lot. I'm 79 years old and I had to unload the generator by hand from my truck. People don't listen when orders are placed and we customers are responsible for resolving the issue. That's not right. P. S. I like the product, so far, anyhow! It started on the first pull.
