I went to your website and ordered the oil and air filters for my generator. They were the wrong size. Called Kohler, got the correct oil and air filter numbers. Tried to exchange them but apparently an oil filter is now a "special order item" and thus is non-refundable. An oil filter? C'mon. So I'm giving you honest feedback. Spend my dollars wisely, I'll never spend with you again.

Selection and equipment data was good. Sales and engineering reps were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordering was efficient and courteous. Customer representative was knowledgeable. When equipment arrived damaged I rejected it. I documented the damage but the driver didn’t leave any documentation. That said, freight line company was courteous and provided claim number the next day. That and the pictures I took were key to get replacement in a timely manner . Documentation was critical for any issue like this. AP noted it, but we’re not as involved in re-isueing the equipment. They wanted to leave it up to the manufacturers. I had no POC with manufacturers. That gap in communication led to uncertainty in equipment re-delivery. Ultimately it was resolved and my equipment arrived intact the second time. AP should remain as the POC for any return issues. I purchased it from them not the manufacturer.
