I was surprised by how easy it was. Although I had wanted a 24-08, the monthly payments were higher than I could be sure of being able to cover but I was thrilled that there was a beautiful CE in stock that I was more than happy with. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate even though I very rarely shop online, and the different pages of the checkout process made ensuring that I had all the information about what I was undertaking in making the purchase simple and easy. My immediate and extended family is full of working musicians and I'll be sure to recommend AMS when they're looking for an instrument they need

I have been doing business with American musical supply for a very long time. I had an issue one time when I ordered a few different corresponding products at the same time. One of them happen to be on backorder and I wasn’t notified at the time of order. I wanted to send the rest of the order back and I was told I would have to pay shipping on it. That was a problem as the rest of the order didn’t make sense for me without the main item that mysteriously went on backorder. Because of that I quit doing business with you for a Because of that I quit doing business with you for a while. Now I split things up with AMS and Sweetwater . Other than that one issue, I have never had any issues with AMS. I do like the fact that I can buy on monthly interest free payments. I would probably do much more business with AMS if they had more of the high-end gear. There are many things that I can not buy from AMS because they did not stock them.

My overall experience was good. I purchased the tabletop facade. I then added the carrying bag to my shopping cart as well. It would have been nice if the measurements were included for the bag,or an intentional mention of what products it will accommodate. I purchased it anyway hoping the tabletop facade will fit and I don't have to return it.

I was looking for a gig bag that would fit my 64' Guild Starfire. AMS was the only source that provided dimensions citing a bag that would fit an equivalent body style as an ES335. The features of the bag were also defined with backpack style straps, pockets for accessories, etc. The bag is built well, was reasonably priced and received on time. Very pleased with this product and would recommend.
