What keeps me loyal to American Musical Supply IS the "Rockstar" payment program. AMS believed in me when no other online equipment provider would. You took a chance on my credibility and trusted me not to burn you , and for that I will ALWAYS be loyal and go out of my way to buy from AMS, even if it means waiting days for my shipment to arrive. Thank you.

Great website. Easy to navigate, easy to review product details. One tiny observation - on the checkout screen, on the check box line acknowledging reading and accepting the "Terms and Conditions", your word 'Condition' should be plural - it should be 'Conditions' with an added 's', not "Terms and Condition" like it currently reads. I really like your product selection and will recommend AMS to my son, who will be rebuilding a stadium-grade PA and FOH setup for the US Army - around $250,000 worth of gear.

AMS has always been great to me. I've used them more times than I can count over the years and it's ALWAYS gone well. They have the fastest shipping times and great customer service. If I had to complain about something, I would wish that they had a wider variety of products to choose from. They have a decent amount of things to choose from, but there have been times I couldn't find what I was looking for. Other than that, they are great and will always be the first place I go to if I need something.

I have purchased a Gator guitar case in the past, and needed another one for a strat, and or a tele. This case is not as deep as the other one, but the guitars do fit, although I had to force the lid down somewhat in order to get the latches to catch. And it has a nice interior, and a good size storage area with a snug lid for picks, capo, cable, etc. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
