Tried multiple times every day for a week to place my order for a limited stock item but only got a generic error every time. Two different computers with and without VPN engaged. Contacted customer service and they advised they could not place the order either, system not working. Second time I called an incident ticket was created. To date I have received no follow up on this. Finally placed the order this morning using MS Edge (which I detest) instead of Brave. If this was a browser issue, your customer service agents need to be aware going forward.
