I have used AMS several times now and couldn't be happier. I'm a disabled veteran and went thru a bad divorce. It took a great credit score to definitely lacking, plus I don't work now do to medical complications. AMS gives me great gear, with payment plans. I tried completing this purchase earlier from my PC, but my access to the site was "temporarily restricted". I tried contacting customer support but even my access to customer support was restricted! I was so disgusted with this scenario, I almost bought this equipment somewhere else, but decided to try going in through the mobile side first. I understand and appreciate the need for this security measure, but being restricted from access to customer support to remedy the situation is a very, very bad policy and almost cost you this sale! Please make changes.So when this happens to a customer in the future, they can contact customer service with ease!
