This is not my first time purchasing from AMS , I love how they do business and definitely will buy from them again, only wish they had more amplifiers like CVR , Aramark and powersoft and wished they had the newer am racks that are 24” deep other than that it’s all thumbs up when it comes to purchasing here

Ordered a new Ibanez bass and Fender Rumble 25. Purchased accessories as well. I accidentally ordered an electric guitar gig bag which obviously was not going to fit the bass guitar I ordered. No one contacted me to ask if I knew the difference or to bring it fo my attention. Then the instrument cable and that gig bag arrived 3 days later than the rest of the order. So I got a new bass and amp and could not play it for 3 days. Then once I realized the gig bag was wrong size I called. Guy that answered was very cold and not friendly. Kept me on hold for quite awhile. Then when I asked about a return label he said i had to get it myself. Very unprofessional and rude. For a first rine customer you showed me your true colors. This will be my first and last order from this company. All you had to do was be a good person and help a first time customer out with a return label.

The guitar was damaged. The action was set up way too high I believe to cover up a flaw in the guitar. The break angle over the bridge was way too shallow. Because of the nature of the damage I could not rule out concealed damage so I retutrned the guitar. I feel that the packing was inadequate and the guitar should have been double boxed.
