I had an easy time with ordering my guitar, but never received any emails giving me a tracking # or date of shipping. I emailed the day after ordering and never heard back from anyone in customer service. Luckily, my guitar showed up, and was even a day early, but customer service is lacking. That definitely needs fixed.

Adam in particular was a very resourceful person and help me return my first wa-76a revision because it was noisy and not signaling correct however he assessed this it would have been a problem with the unit and set me up with a brand new unit and I was very happy with that it arrived today so far so good I really love the sound of the wa76 a revision blue stripe staff has been great there! What a team.

My overall experience is always good with AMS. I love how they have the zero interest payment plans it makes buying items so much easier rather than paying full retail up front. The only thing lacking is a loyalty program or discounted promos for those of us that spend thousands of dollars. With all the money I have spent so far I have yet to see a discount or promo code emailed to me.

I had a great experience ordering from American Musical today, the process was very easy. I did not like how they said the payment would be $16.80 a week without back ground check, then when you go to pay you have the choice of paying $20.82 instead of the $16.28 it claimed you could pay for the merchandise. I am still pleased for the low rate given, they do need to offer other options on payments incase someone gets paid bi- weekly else your stuck making sure you don't over spend in funds to pay for your merchandise. I will definitely be ordering more from them no matter what the difference is, it is still a great experience!
