Many many years ago, I was a loyal, musicians, friend, customer, and customer service began deteriorating, and they changed their buying programs which I desperately needed to afford the equipment for my recording studio. So I looked around and AMS was offering payment plans, that no one else offered. So I placed my first order and use customer service extensively to discuss my product selection and found them extremely knowledgeable helping me Select the exact equipment I needed. The shipping has been outstanding and general. Customer service has been very polite and professional, regardless of what I needed to discuss i.e. Delivery payment or tracking. Thank you so much guys. You’ve been a lifesaver. Today I buy an awful lot of equipment for my daughter‘s band in Seattle keyboard drums guitars everything now that I’m semi retired I continue to buy from.AMS!!!

The Bass Guitar I ordered is beautiful. I checked the intonation and it is spot on. It also stays in tune. The guitar sounds awesome exceeds my expectations!!! Preston, the customer service associate, was able to locate the serial number of the guitar when it was being shipped to me. He was personable and kind. I will continue to do business with AMS!!!

So I placed an order on Friday, Monday I get a call saying that the payment was declined on my end… which was AI calling me. So I called back to see why AMS said it was a bank decline. OK so I call my bank go through a whole bunch of who HA because I’ve made payments with this card Saturday for a payment I did not realize was late… so the bank found that my new order was being run on a different date than what was on my card… I called back AMS refused saying it was a bank decline and could do nothing…. So I angered myself to a panic and spoke a little out of hand and hung up the phone because it was taking up my day at work. So the next day I got another call saying my card was declined again…. I waited till after work and I got ahold of Dillon and I canceled the order and my new order went through even ordered me a promo…. So I reordered. Great… so next day I was supposed to have next day air … did not get it…. Called Thursday got that resolved… and was accidentally overcharged and got that taken care of lol…. All in all I still plan to use AMS and hopefully like all the other times will just be a couple clicks and that’s it!

I have been purchasing my guitars from ams for the 10 years. Why? The payment options obviously. They help. From Taylor's to Alvarez. Never a bad experience. And im being cereal. It is what it is. Of course I would recommend. Everytime the acoustic guitars arrive in perfect playing condition. Well, except that godin i purchased. Kind of a high set up. Had to pay somebody to lower.

My initial order was only missing one item (give or take a couple cables), the Ibanez PTEQ lost stock right as I was about to finish my purchase and isn’t expected back until November. Stock happens, it didn’t hold me back from the bulk of my order and great payment options that AMS offers. Reliable and well structured free shipping, a lot of free shipping from companies usually supplies the most “non-cared for” ground shipping, this was great and got to me in about 3 days (I could check again, could have even been two). With this purchase, besides not getting the eq pedal, is too give 10/10 overall. What would bring 100% of my business to AMS would be a larger selection of recording and studio equipment, such as gear from, SSL, Neve, API, etc.
